Product InstructionDirections:

Apply twice daily to problem areas using a vigorous, upward circular and massaging motion to stimulate lymphatic drainage and circulation. Ideally add skin rolling, which is used in deep tissue massage treatments to help elasticize the support structure of your skin's matrix, making it appear smoother, more even and with less dimpling.

While massaging upwards, pinch a roll of your thigh between your thumbs and fingers and work that roll upwards, pinching and releasing as you move up. Helps restore and realign your skin’s elastin fibers, allowing skin to become smoother and more toned in appearance. This technique improves both macro and micro-circulation to help reduce water retention, flush out toxins and increase skin firmness.
